Welcome to the Aviation Exploration Base registration portal.  Features of the system include:

• If you are new to the attending the Aviation Exploration Base and your post number is not on the pre-populated list, please send an email to Contact@AviationExplorationBase.org and we will add you in to the system before you begin your registration.

• You can begin a registration and come back to finish it later.  Registrations no longer need to be completed in one session. 

• You can purchase insurance for your reservation through the registration process in the event that the registrant has an emergency and can not attend.  No refunds will be issued without prior insurance purchase. 

• The registration system will email you reminders of upcoming deadlines.

• It will no longer be necessary to mail any paperwork.  All paperwork will be directly uploaded electronically into the system. 

• We encourage all posts to pay electronically through the registration system. No payment plans are available this year.
