Getting Ready to Register

SCOUTING AMERICA REGISTRATION

All campers at the AEB must be registered with an Aviation Exploring Post. Click the link below to download and fill out an application. Looking for a post? Reach out and we can help!

MEDICAL FORM

All participants, youth and adults, must have a Scouting America Medical Form. This includes all parts (A, B, and C). Submit your forms electronically through registration by July 1st, and a physical copy must travel with you to the AEB. At the end of the week, it will return with you.

How Will You Camp?

All participants 20 and under are required to stay in tents. Adults 21 and over may rent power and space for an RV or camper trailer, space permitting. Know the dimensions and power needs of your vehicle so that you can fill out those details during registration. Power may also be rented for tenters with medical needs.

What experiences do you want?

During registration, you have the chance to answer questions about past experiences, both at the AEB and outside of it. Think about what you like to do. Are there any special skills you can bring to the camp? Do you feel called to be a leader to your fellow Explorers? AEB is a great place to learn and grow.
